Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко уверен, что, несмотря ни на какие санкции, Беларусь и Россия могут справиться с этими вызовами и полностью обеспечить себя всем необходимым. Об этом он заявил сегодня на встрече с государственным секретарем Союзного государства Григорием Рапотой, передает корреспондент БЕЛТА.
"Россию, так же как и нас, все пытаются напугать некими санкциями. Я из советского времени. Знаю, что такое госплан, как планировалось. Я так прикинул, боже мой, чего мы трепещем и паримся. Мы можем все просчитать и полностью себя обеспечить. За исключением некоторых деталей. Так мы в течение 3-5 лет и детали те произведем в Беларуси и России. У нас такой научный потенциал! И если бы мы это сделали, то и Украина бы к нам потихоньку подтянулась. Я уже не говорю Казахстан и другие республики, которые и так недалеки от нас. Поэтому это главный вопрос - договориться и обеспечить наше Отечество всем необходимым".
Александр Лукашенко обратил внимание, что страны вместе могут успешно работать фактически во всех сферах, будь то космос, биотехнологии, электромобили и прочее. "Мы все умеем делать. Просто либералы когда-то нас убедили: рынок все отрегулирует. Да черта с два", - сказал белорусский лидер.
В подтверждение этого тезиса Президент привел пример, что в Японии и Китае составляют тысячи планов и различных балансов. И это не только индикативные планы, но и прописанные на практике. И второе - железная дисциплина. Глава государства рассказал о давнем разговоре с одним из японцев во время посещения зимней Олимпиады в Нагано, который поделился мнением, в чем разница между Японией и постсоветскими странами. "Он говорит: у нас решение принимает один, а 99 без обсуждения исполняют все. А у вас наоборот - 99 рассуждают, принимают решение, а одному приходится что-то делать. Это японец сказал. Вот дисциплина - они договорились и железобетонно это исполняют. И в Китае тоже. Поэтому они и ведущие экономики мира. И мы можем это сделать", - уверен Александр Лукашенко.
Поэтому, считает он, не стоит особо переживать по поводу введения тех или иных санкций. "Хорошо, вводите. Но свои товары будете потреблять у себя, на наш рынок не придете. Это все-таки 150 млн человек. А через Беларусь, Россию ведь расходится огромное количество товаров. Поэтому понятно, кто от этого проиграет. А мы все переживаем: ах, санкции, мы умрем… Да не умрем! - подчеркнул глава государства. - Сергей Лавров (министр иностранных дел России. - Прим. БЕЛТА) правильно сказал, жестко сказал, молодец! Не надо против нас войнушку какую-то затевать. Мы можем ответить. Если хотим жить мирно, надо действительно готовиться к войне. Мы, конечно, не хотим воевать, нам не надо, мы наелись. Но тем не менее вы видите, что происходит вокруг".
Александр Лукашенко отметил, что соответствующие вопросы надо будет обсудить и на Высшем государственном совете. "Нам надо начинать уже в очном формате работать и двигаться. Надо использовать ситуацию. Ситуация не простая, но это ситуация возможностей. Быстро развернемся - будем работать лучше", - считает белорусский лидер.
Президент обратил внимание, что на фоне пандемии Беларусь в свое время не закрылась, не остановила экономику и производства. В том числе благодаря этому по итогам прошедшего января получен значительный рост в промышленности. "Не потому, что мы великие. А потому, что многие экономики мира перестали работать. Поэтому есть хорошие вещи, на которых, сконцентрировавшись, мы можем получить и хороший эффект", - добавил глава государства.
