Una delegación parlamentaria belarusa dirigida por el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, Vladímir Andréichenko, tomará parte en los eventos de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de los países miembros de la Comunidad de Estados Independientes (CEI) y la Asamblea Parlamentaria (AP) de la Organización del Tratado de Seguridad Colectiva (OTSC) que tendrán lugar del 12 al 13 de abril en San Petersburgo. Lo comunicaron a BelTA en el servicio de prensa de la Cámara de Representantes. La delegación la formarán los representantes de cuatro comisiones permanentes: para la seguridad nacional, para los asuntos internacionales, para la educación, cultura y ciencia, para la construcción del Estado, administración local y reglamento. El 12 de abril tendrá lugar la sesión del Consejo de la AP de la OTSC, el Consejo de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la CEI, la comisión conjunta de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la CEI para la armonización de la legislación en el ámbito de la seguridad y la lucha contra los nuevos retos y amenazas. Asimismo están planificadas unas reuniones de las comisiones permanentes de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la CEI para la economía y finanzas, para los asuntos políticos y la cooperación internacional, también de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria Juvenil de los países de la CEI. Se planea que en el marco de la sesión ordinaria del Consejo de la AP de la OTSC se haga el resumen de los resultados de la sesión en Minsk de la Organización del Tratado de Seguridad Colectiva. Los parlamentarios discutirán también la situación en la zona bajo la responsabilidad del organismo y las medidas de lucha contra los retos y amenazas a la seguridad colectiva en la etapa actual. La atención particular se prestará a las enmiendas al programa de actividades de la Asamblea Parlamentaria de la OTSC para la aproximación y armonización de las leyes nacionales de los estados miembros para 2016-2020, las prioridades de la presidencia de Kazajistán en la OTSC en 2018 y otras cuestiones. En la sesión participarán los dirigentes de los Parlamentos de Armenia, Belarús, Kazajistán, Kirguistán, Rusia y Tayikistán, también el secretario general de la OTSC, Yuri Jachatúrov, las delegaciones de los Parlamentos observadores ante la Asamblea Parlamentaria de la OTSC y las organizaciones socias.
